Cleared up all redness and diaper rash in less than three days. Baby wears cotton diapers with Disana woolies. She's had diaper rash ever since she started sleeping through the night two months ago. I've gone through two tubs of diaper cream with no luck. On a whim, I decided to try these, and holy cow - they work! I'm shocked. I really wasn't expecting them to do much at all. I started using these instead of diaper cream as a next-to-skin layer and her rash was completely gone within three days. I could see a difference within the first few diaper changes. Of course, she almost immediately pooped in a brand new one, and it did stain, but I really don't care. They work! I wash them in the machine and air dry them. Given the cost of using copious amounts of diaper cream, not to mention the discomfort of diaper rash for baby, these are a great alternative.
