Living Crafts

Living Crafts is an organic textile company from Germany that is deeply committed to sustainable practices throughout every step of the entire production process.  Living Crafts has been manufacturing eco-textiles for over 25 years.  Careful attention is given to the environment, the gentle processing of the materials, and socioeconomic standards, from start to finish.  Neither gene-altered seeds nor chemical additives are used during production, and the use of pesticides and chemical additives for growing and processing raw materials is avoided. 

Living Crafts products are made from certified organic cotton, organic Merino wool, organic wool/mulberry silk blend, and organic cotton/bamboo blend.  All buttons and zippers are made from chrome and nickel-free metal.  All fabric dyes are made without heavy metals or formaldehydes.  

Living Crafts textiles are certified organic by the International Association of the Natural Textile Industry (IVN) and Demeter, they meet the standards for the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
