Loading... Please wait...This double-knit wool diaper cover is made from lovely, soft organic wool that is ideal for even the smallest babies with sensitive skin. An excellent alternative to synthetic covers, wool soakers are naturally antibacterial and provide excellent moisture regulation. Wool wicks moisture away from the skin and can absorb up to one third of its weight in moisture and return it to the environment. Once it is prepped and ready for use, you will have no leaks at all with this wool cover, making it an excellent choice for night time.
These covers can be used over any pre-fold or fitted cloth diaper, and the high knitted waistband provides a nice fit over any type of diaper, no matter how bulky or high-fitting the diaper is. This soft ribbed waist band also keeps your baby's tummy and back warm and cozy throughout the night. The thick double-knit wool is perfect for night time use. Disana wool covers are wonderful for night time and once properly prepared (washed and lanolized), your baby should never have leak while wearing this cover.
Size/ Fit: These covers will shrink a bit after washing, so it's not a bad idea to size up. The style of these covers are similar to our Engel double-knit nappy covers but have a slightly different shape. The legs on disana covers are a bit more snug than the Engel covers, which is nice for containing leaks, but do keep this in mind if your baby has chunkier legs. Please see the size conversion chart below.
Made by disana, this wool cover is 100% organic virgin Merino wool. This wool is finely crimped, does not itch and feels soft and cozy against baby's sensitive skin.
Made in Germany

Care: This cover should be washed before using it on a baby for the first time. Although it has been re-oiled by the manufacturer after processing, we recommend lanolizing the cover at least one time, and possibly twice, before using it to renew its ability to repel moisture. If the soaker is leaking, lanolize again. Your baby should be able to wear this all night without any leaks at all. The wool will contain leaks better and better the more it is used as it becomes slightly more felted. Wool does not soil easily and does not retain odors, so it does not need to be washed very frequently. Please refer to our Wool Care guide for more details, and don't forget your wool care products.

I started using the Disana wool cover soon after my baby was born and I LOVE it! I have this and the Engel; both are amazing covers. The leg openings on the Disana work a bit better with my thin legged baby. The 62/68 still fits my almost 11lb one month old. I use these wool covers with the Disana cotton tie nappies (LOVE them), Osocozy fitted and Kissaluvs fitted.

These pants lived up to all expectations! They are great for night wear. So amazingly and naturally absorbent. I don't have to worry about leaking for the whole night. With the added bonus of keeping the baby warm. The coverage is great as it goes well over the diaper cover on the top and the legs. And they are soft too. The best part is they don't retain any smell, so washing is less frequent. I love this cover. I just can't believe I am already on baby number three before finding and using these.

We love these covers! The wool is very high quality-- the colors are beautiful. We have the navy, red, and natural. The fit very high up on my son's waist, but that is good because it prevents leaks. They also have a lot of stretch, so they will fit for longer than some of the wool interlock covers and are better for night time than the interlock.

This is the third Disana wool cover we've purchased, and we love them. We use our LO's "wooly" as we call it every night. She sleeps all night and is a pretty heavy wetter. Because the cover is breathable, it helps draw some of the wetness away from her. I only wash it once every two weeks with imse vimse wool shampoo and a little bit of lanolin.

I had previously been using a handmade wool cover purchcased on Etsy but my little man's big booty outgrew it already. I decided I wanted one without a drawstring closure and the Disana looked good and the price was much better than some others out there. It arrived quickly an is SO soft! It makes the one I was using feel scratchy! I washed it and have lanolized it twice (still drying actually) so I haven't used it yet, but I have no doubt it will be great!

I love putting my baby to bed in this! It looks and feels so comfortable I know it has to feel better to sleep in than disposables or PUL covers. It's maybe not great for going out in (unless you have a girl, it'd be super cute under a dress!), but my boy wears this at night and often around the house. I love how he can wear this several times each day without washing. Speaking of washing....it's a breeze. Don't let a scary wash routine keep you from trying wool. In my opinion there is way less drama in washing wool than other covers (i.e. pockets) where it's a constant spray, rinse, pre-wash, wash, rinse, etc. One note though...if you're using it for newborns, you'll probably need a fitted underneath. Unless you're really good at folding and pinning them, prefolds and flats do not keep poop in in my experience.

This is a great cover. Cute, breathable, and can go quite a while before it starts to feel damp. I definitely think this is a must have for anyone who wants to use wool for their diapering.

I only wish these came in a long leg version! I have two pairs, the 98/104 which we have been using from 6-mos (it's giant on a 6 mos old but hey, they grow fast and these aren't cheap) and now, at 19 mos., we have had to get the 110/116 size. I love all the color choices. We get compliments on these. They are really thick and work super for overnight. Not great for going out b/c a lot of stuff won't fit over them and even if it will, the carseat won't buckle, etc. That's why I wish there was a long-leg version so they could just be used as pants in cooler weather.

I've knitted many soakers for my babies, but once I was given one of these and used it, I was converted. They are wonderfully soft, durable and leakproof. We use them day and night. Easy care, easy use.

These are fabulous. So soft and never had a leak. They do pill up a bit, but that is easily fixed with a sweater shaver. Could not recommend it more. If you are looking for a fabulous wool cover this one is great.
