This is a beautiful coat and it fits nicely, and I can't wait to wear it this season. The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of 5 is this - I was disappointed that it arrive with the top button almost completely fallen off. They did not even include matching thread to sew it back on. I contacted customer service twice with no response. I ordered some thread online that looked close but it wasn't too good of a match but just did my best and I am not great at sewing. So I was very disappointed that I would be shipped a coat with a button falling off and that no one in the customer service would respond to me.
