This soft and cozy long-sleeved wool sleep sack is made from thick, fluffy organic wool fleece. This sleeping bag is very thick and substantial- perfect for chilly winter nights. Its long sleeves enable you to dress your baby any way you like underneath while still keeping them warm and cozy at night. This sleep sack is very long and generously sized, so it allows for quite a bit of room for growth and for your baby to wiggle about. This is the same design as our popular knitted wool sleep sack lined with cotton.
**This sleep sack is very generously sized, especially in the toddler size, so please do take note of the measurements below before making your selection. If you need additional assistance with sizing, please contact us!**
The sleep sack features a unique zipped opening that opens from the shoulder and goes diagonally toward the body, all the way around the side of the sleep sack and across the bottom. A single button keeps the neck and shoulder area closed while you unzip the sleep sack to change your baby. We love this feature because it makes changing your baby's diaper in the dark, at night, so much quicker and easier. A true gem of a sleep sack, this lovely garment makes a wonderful gift for a new mom.
Made by Reläx (Reiff Strickwaren) of southwestern Germany, this sleep sack is made from 100% certified organic merino wool fleece. The wool comes from organically raised livestock (kbT certified), and sustainability is praciced in all steps of production by this family run business.

This had been out of stock when my baby was younger, so I bought it for him when he was a year old. I wish I'd had one for when he was younger too! It's fantastic. We've used it for camping with lots of layers underneath and also use it every night with a wool sleeper underneath. His room fluctuates in temperature a lot between 60-68 despite our best efforts to keep it constant, but due to the thermoregulating properties of wool he doesn't get too hot or too cold. It's very hard to find wool sacks with sleeves and without them his arms were always a little chilly. Love it and very well made.
Like the other reviewer, the neck hole is a bit large, and I also do wish the zipper had a zipper garage but we usually hide it under the button (flipped up) so it's not flopping around up by his neck. It is huge on him (12-24 month size, he's 5th percentile) but the sleeves scrunch up nicely and the extra length is no problem it will fit him for a long long time. We got the natural color and it's beautiful.

I bought this for my 21 month old son after hours of research trying to find the perfect sleep sack. I love that it has sleeves to keep his arms and hands warm all night. It is the perfect weight/thickness, and as wool does, regulates his temp all night so he is not too hot at the start of the night when his room is warmer, nor too cold in the early morning when his room is coldest. Underneath he wears a long sleeve wool shirt and cotton pj bottoms. I bought the 2T/3T size because he is almost 2 y.o., and for the price I wanted this to fit for awhile. It is pretty big. The long length doesn't seem to bother him though; he doesn't get tangled in it or anything. I guess the only issue I have with this size is that the neck hole is really big. I was concerned about it letting heat out but that hasn't seemed to be a problem. If I would have known the circumference of the neck I would have purchased the next size down, as the length is only 6in shorter. Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this sleep sack!
