The cut of this dress was like I expected. It's loose fitting and modest. I'm an xs and like the way it fit me. The material is not typical cotton clothing. It is pretty much a towel; soft but not something that can be dressed up.

I wanted to love this dress, as I needed something simple and comfortable to wear when taking my baby to the pool, but this was definitely the wrong choice. There was way too much fabric, which overwhelmed my (tall) frame and made me look like a sack of potatoes. I wear a size 12-14 and did not want anything clingy, but the fit of this dress was so unflattering and it made me look like I'd just thrown on a towel with the neck cut out! Dress was very thick and heavy, and the neckline was extremely high and uncomfortable. I normally have at least something positive to say about an item, even if it didn't work out for me personally, but I just can't see this suiting anyone at all. I'm tall at 5'8 and there is NO way anyone petite, or even average would be able to wear this and look reasonably fashionable.
