This cloth diaper liner is made from soft organic brushed cotton. This liner consists of a square piece of fabric that can be folded into a strip (trifolded) and then placed in any cloth diaper as an absorbent doubler. The cotton is lightly brushed after the fabric is made, which makes it thicker, softer, and more absorbent than unbrushed cotton.
You can use this liner as a doubler in any cloth diaper to add an extra layer of absorbency. We like using this liner during the daytime with our Engel wraparound tie nappies, or at night time paired with a trifolded prefold and then stuffed inside of the tie nappy.
Made by Engel, this liner is 100% organic brushed cotton, certified organic by the International Association Natural Textile Industry (IVN) and the Global Organic Textile Standard. High quality organic cotton such as this is antistatic, robust, moth-resistant, and can be washed at high temperatures in washing machines. It is suitable for the most sensitive skin, making it an ideal choice for infants.
Made in Germany.

The flannel for these liners is very thick and soft. I was concerned they might curl after washing, but this was not the case. They're not as absorbent as the cotton liner, but they do add just enough to keep the floods at bay. I like to fold them in half, about the width of the tie nappy, to prevent leg leaks.
